The company shall have a standby staff to handle services that may be requested, the qualifications of which shall be determined by the management including their possible assignment as requested.
A&B Multi Serv Corporation will bring out the Absolutely Beautiful quality of service in your good company. A&B Multi Serv Corporation shall make available all facilities that may be needed in rendering janitorial, housekeeping, manpower and allied services. It shall maintain an area in its extension office where basic cleaning tools and equipments will be kept among which shall be the following:

- Low speed floor polishers
- Vacuum cleaner (wet & dry)
- Mop squeezer with bucket​
- Power scrubbing machine
- Pressure washer
- Adjustable aluminum ladder
- Flexible garden hose
- Grass cutter
- Trolley/pushcart
- Blower/fan​​ In addition to these tools and equipments, the company shall make available basic supplies necessary in cleaning certain building parts or areas.
A&B Multi Serv Corporation - Janitorial Services shall include but shall not be limited to.

- ​Housekeeping services to encompass the cleaning of buildings, open spaces, pathways, stairways, lobbies, waiting areas. gardens, conference room, hotel rooms, classrooms, hospital, offices and the like.
The Daily Routing Operations in housekeeping for an 8 hour schedule shall include:

- Sweeping, mopping, polishing of floors, scrubbing stone of entrances, lobbies, waiting areas, pathways in offices, homes, building, open spaces and other edifices.
- Cleaning dusting of furnitures, fixtures, windows, table tops, ventilations, surfaces and partitions requiring daily attention and arrangement.
- Cleaning of walls, receptacles, ashtrays, collection and disposal of trash/garbage or as required.
- Sweeping/dusting of ceilings, removal of cobwebs on walls and ceilings;
- Cleaning of comfort rooms and lavatories, scrubbing of dirt, flashing & sanitizing;
- Other incidental work that may be required.
